The journey began with a young athlete’s obsession with disciplined, natural bodybuilding. From his teenage years, Jayaram Shetty immersed himself in competitive fitness, participating in bodybuilding competitions. He moved from competing to leadership roles - organizing district, state, and national-level competitions, By 23, he began working as a professional trainer, and came across a serious gap in the industry - gyms had equipment, but lacked structured knowledge, and safety awareness.
Determined to correct this, he took a bold step into entrepreneurship, and founded ACHIEVER, a sports equipment manufacturing brand built on responsible fitness principles made especially for Indians. Over time, he supplied equipment to 25,000+ gyms across India. But he realized the real issue wasn’t machines - it was education. He wanted to make a difference, and had the ability to shape the future of the industry through education. So, he founded KI SQUAD, a standardized trainer education with qualified tutors.
At the heart of this journey lies a simple purpose -
spreading happiness through fitness. We invite passionate fitness enthusiasts and serious business investors to join this movement and grow with a brand built on 26 years of real industry experience.
